Ingredients

  • 20 jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 cups marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the jumbo shells according to package instructions and drain.
  3. In a bowl, mix shrimp, crab meat, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, parsley, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Stuff each shell with the seafood mixture.
  5. Spread half of the marinara sauce in a baking dish.
  6. Place the stuffed shells in the dish and cover with remaining marinara sauce.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  8. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
