- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup green food coloring
- 1/4 cup mint extract
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla, mix well.
- Fold in whipped cream gently.
- Stir in green food coloring and mint extract.
- In another bowl, combine graham crackers and melted butter.
- Layer the graham cracker mixture and cheesecake fluff in serving dishes.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.

- Adjust mint extract to taste.
- Use a piping bag for a decorative finish.
- Top with whipped cream before serving.
