- 2 cups tortilla chips
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut tortillas into shamrock shapes using a cookie cutter.
- Place the shamrock chips on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes until crispy.
- In a bowl, combine sour cream, cream cheese, green onions, cheddar cheese, lime juice, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Mix until smooth.
- Serve the chips with the pot o’ gold dip.
