Instructions

- In another bowl, blend the cream cheese, green food coloring, and peppermint extract until smooth.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
- Spoon the filling into the graham cracker crust.
- Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings before serving.
