Ingredients

- 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup mint chocolate chip ice cream
- 2 tablespoons green food coloring
- 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
- Whipped cream for topping
- Chocolate shavings for garnish
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- In another bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, mint chocolate chip ice cream, green food coloring, and peppermint extract.
- Fold the whipped cream into the ice cream mixture until combined.
- Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Before serving, top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.

- Store leftovers in the freezer.
- Allow pie to sit at room temperature for a few minutes before cutting.
