Ingredients

- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
- Green food coloring
- Whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- In a blender, combine vanilla ice cream and milk.
- Add peppermint extract and a few drops of green food coloring.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and top with whipped cream.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of peppermint extract to taste.
- Use more or less food coloring for desired shade of green.
