- 1 pre-made chocolate pie crust
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup mint chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup green food coloring
- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese. Mix well.
- Fold in the whipped cream to the cream cheese mixture.
- Divide the mixture into two bowls. Mix mint chocolate chips and green food coloring into one bowl.
- Layer the mint mixture and the plain mixture in the pie crust, creating a swirl effect.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
