- 4 bratwurst sausages
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, carrots)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine diced potatoes and mixed vegetables.
- Add olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Spread the potato and vegetable mixture on a sheet pan.
- Place bratwurst on top of the vegetables.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bratwurst is cooked and potatoes are tender.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
