Delicious sheet pan chicken pitas filled with cooked chicken and fresh vegetables.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken fillet, cut into strips
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 whole wheat pitas
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup tzatziki sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spread chicken on a sheet pan and bake for 20 minutes.
- While chicken cooks, prepare the vegetables.
- Remove chicken from the oven and let cool slightly.
- Warm pitas in the oven for 2-3 minutes.
- Fill pitas with chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, and feta.
- Drizzle tzatziki sauce over the filling.
- Serve and enjoy.
Notes
- You can substitute chicken with tofu for a vegetarian option.
- Customize vegetables as per your preference.
