Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken fillet, cut into strips
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 whole wheat pitas
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup tzatziki sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread chicken on a sheet pan and bake for 20 minutes.
  4. While chicken cooks, prepare the vegetables.
  5. Remove chicken from the oven and let cool slightly.
  6. Warm pitas in the oven for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Fill pitas with chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, and feta.
  8. Drizzle tzatziki sauce over the filling.
  9. Serve and enjoy.
