- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 4 whole wheat pitas
- 1/2 cup herby ranch dressing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- In a large bowl, mix chicken, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spread chicken mixture on a sheet pan.
- Add cherry tomatoes and bell pepper to the pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until chicken is fully cooked.
- Warm pitas in the oven for the last 5 minutes of cooking.
- Assemble pitas with chicken and veggies, then drizzle with herby ranch.
