- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets on the sheet pan.
- Add the broccoli and cherry tomatoes around the salmon.
- Drizzle the olive oil mixture over the salmon and vegetables.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
- Serve immediately.

- Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the salmon.
- Add other vegetables as desired.
