- 1 lb sausage
- 2 large sweet potatoes, cubed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the cubed sweet potatoes on a sheet pan.
- Drizzle with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Toss to coat evenly.
- Add the sausage on top of the sweet potatoes.
- Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until potatoes are tender and sausage is cooked through.
- Serve warm.

- You can use any type of sausage you prefer.
- Add vegetables like bell peppers or onions for more flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
