- 3 pounds beef chuck roast
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 8 sandwich rolls
- Optional: cheese slices
Instructions
- Season the beef roast with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Place the beef in a slow cooker with beef broth, onion, and garlic.
- Cook on low for 8 hours or until the beef is tender.
- Remove the beef, shred it with two forks, and return it to the slow cooker.
- Mix the shredded beef with the juices in the slow cooker.
- Serve on sandwich rolls with cheese if desired.
