A creamy and flavorful shrimp and corn bisque.
Ingredients

- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups corn kernels
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Melt butter in a pot over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Stir in corn and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and add shrimp, cooking until pink.
- Stir in heavy cream and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.

- Use fresh or frozen shrimp.
- Adjust seasoning to your preference.
- Serve with crusty bread.
