Ingredients

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Chop the shrimp into small pieces.
- In a bowl, combine shrimp, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, green onions, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- For the lemon aioli, mix mayonnaise with lemon juice and serve alongside the shrimp cakes.
