Description
A delicious seafood lasagna featuring shrimp and crab.
Ingredients

- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup crab meat
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add shrimp, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until shrimp are pink.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, crab meat, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer 3 lasagna noodles on top, followed by half of the seafood mixture.
- Add another layer of marinara sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Repeat layers, ending with noodles and remaining marinara sauce.
- Top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
Notes
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Can substitute fresh seafood with canned if necessary.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
