Description

A delicious seafood lasagna featuring shrimp and crab.


Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add shrimp, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until shrimp are pink.
  5. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, crab meat, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
  6. Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  7. Layer 3 lasagna noodles on top, followed by half of the seafood mixture.
  8. Add another layer of marinara sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  9. Repeat layers, ending with noodles and remaining marinara sauce.
  10. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
  11. Bake for 30-35 minutes until cheese is bubbly.

Notes

  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
  • Can substitute fresh seafood with canned if necessary.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
