Description
A classic Asian dish featuring shrimp and rice stir-fried with vegetables and sauces.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes.
- Push shrimp to the side and pour in beaten eggs. Scramble until cooked.
- Add mixed vegetables and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add cooked rice and soy sauce, stir well.
- Mix in green onions and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use day-old rice for best texture.
- You can add more vegetables as desired.
- Adjust soy sauce to taste.
