- 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup lobster meat, chopped
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 cups seafood stock
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add onion and sauté until translucent.
- Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Gradually add seafood stock and heavy cream, stirring constantly.
- Add shrimp, lobster, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Pour mixture into a baking dish.
- Top with biscuit dough.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until biscuits are golden brown.
Notes
- Use fresh seafood for the best flavor.
- Substitute with chicken or vegetables for a different version.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
