- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add shrimp, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt.
- Cook until shrimp are pink, about 5 minutes.
- Warm tortillas in a separate pan.
- Assemble tacos with shrimp, cabbage, tomatoes, and cilantro.
- Squeeze lime juice over the top before serving.
Notes
- Adjust spices according to your taste.
- Serve with your favorite salsa for extra flavor.
- These tacos can be made with grilled shrimp as well.
