- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, salt, and sugar until smooth.
- Let the batter rest for 30 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
- Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet, swirling to coat the bottom evenly.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges lift and the bottom is lightly browned.
- Flip and cook for an additional minute.
- Repeat with the remaining batter.
Notes
- Serve with your choice of fillings such as Nutella, fruit, or whipped cream.
- Store leftover crepes in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
