- 4 chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Place chicken thighs skin-side down in the skillet.
- Cook for 7-8 minutes until the skin is crispy.
- Flip the chicken thighs and cook for another 7-8 minutes until cooked through.
- Check internal temperature; it should reach 165°F.
- Remove from skillet and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
