Ingredients

  • 2 pounds beef chuck roast
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Season the beef with salt and pepper.
  2. Place the beef in the slow cooker.
  3. Add onion, garlic, carrots, and celery.
  4. Pour in beef broth and soy sauce.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
  6. Remove beef, shred it, and return to the cooker.
  7. Add egg noodles and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
  8. Serve hot.
