- 3 pounds beef ribs
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 onion, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Season the beef ribs with salt and pepper.
- Place the sliced onion and minced garlic in the slow cooker.
- Add the beef ribs on top of the onion and garlic.
- Pour the beef broth, barbecue sauce, and Worcestershire sauce over the ribs.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Once cooked, remove the ribs and serve with the sauce.
