Ingredients

- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- Mix cornstarch and water, then add to the slow cooker to thicken the sauce.
- Serve chicken with the sauce over rice or vegetables.
