A rich and creamy slow cooker butter chicken dish that’s full of flavor.
Ingredients

- 2 lbs chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 1 cup onion, finely chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 tbsp garam masala
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Place chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
- Add chopped onion, garlic, and ginger.
- Pour in the tomato sauce and mix well.
- Add garam masala, cumin, paprika, and salt. Stir to combine.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, stir in heavy cream and butter.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.

- Serve with rice or naan.
