  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 tbsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
  2. Add chopped onion, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Pour in the tomato sauce and mix well.
  4. Add garam masala, cumin, paprika, and salt. Stir to combine.
  5. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  6. About 30 minutes before serving, stir in heavy cream and butter.
  7. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
