A delicious and easy slow cooker chicken burrito bowl recipe.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or quinoa for serving
- Shredded cheese for topping
- Chopped cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- Add salsa, black beans, corn, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks.
- Serve over rice or quinoa.
- Top with shredded cheese and chopped cilantro.
Notes
- Adjust spices to your preference.
- Can add avocado for extra flavor.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
