Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the diced chicken in the slow cooker.
- Add cooked rice, peas and carrots, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir to combine all ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
- In the last 30 minutes, stir in the beaten eggs and green onions.
- Serve warm and enjoy.

- Use leftover rice for better texture.
- Adjust soy sauce to taste.
