Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the diced chicken in the slow cooker.
  2. Add cooked rice, peas and carrots, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir to combine all ingredients.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
  5. In the last 30 minutes, stir in the beaten eggs and green onions.
