Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Sear chicken thighs until browned on both sides.
- Transfer chicken to the slow cooker.
- Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper to the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle paprika over the ingredients.
- Pour chicken broth into the slow cooker.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
