Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. Add quinoa, chicken broth, diced tomatoes, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir the ingredients to combine.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
