  • 2 packs ramen noodles

  • 1 cup chopped bok choy

  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Place chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
  2. Add chicken broth, water, mushrooms, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  3. Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
  4. Remove chicken and shred it with two forks.
  5. Add shredded chicken back to the slow cooker.
  6. Stir in bok choy and ramen noodles.
