- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt

Instructions
- Combine olive oil, garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, cinnamon, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and yogurt in a bowl.
- Add chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them with the marinade.
- Place the marinated chicken in the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until chicken is tender.
- Shred the chicken with two forks before serving.
- Serve with pita bread and fresh vegetables.
