Ingredients

- 2 lbs chicken thighs
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 tsp ground paprika
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon

- Salt to taste
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 4 pita breads
- 1 cup sliced cucumbers
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 cup tahini sauce
Instructions
- Mix garlic, spices, olive oil, and lemon juice in a bowl.
- Coat chicken thighs with the spice mixture.
- Place chicken in the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken with two forks.
- Serve in pita bread with cucumbers, tomatoes, and tahini sauce.
