Instructions
- Place the diced potatoes and chopped onion in the slow cooker.
- Add the crumbled bacon and chicken broth.
- Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Stir in the heavy cream and cheese before serving.
