Ingredients

- 2 pounds beef chuck, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tablespoons garlic butter
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
- 1 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Season the beef with salt and pepper.
- Heat garlic butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Brown the beef bites on all sides.
- Transfer the beef to a slow cooker.
- Add potatoes, rosemary, and beef broth to the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Serve hot.
