- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 can green beans, drained
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 onion, chopped

- 1 cup beef broth

- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet.
- Layer potatoes, green beans, corn, and diced tomatoes in the slow cooker.
- Add the browned beef, onion, and garlic on top.
- Pour beef broth over the mixture.
- Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
