A creamy, cheesy dip inspired by the classic Reuben sandwich, perfect for gatherings.

			- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
 - 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
 - 1 cup diced corned beef
 - 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
 - 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
 
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine cream cheese, sauerkraut, corned beef, and Thousand Island dressing.
 - Mix well until combined.
 - Top with Swiss cheese and cheddar cheese.
 - Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours.
 - Stir occasionally until the cheeses are melted and the dip is hot.
 - Serve with tortilla chips or rye bread.
 
Notes
- Adjust the amount of corned beef based on your preference.
 - For a spicier dip, add some hot sauce.
