Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 hamburger buns

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and green bell pepper. Cook until softened.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the slow cooker.
  4. Add ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
  6. Serve on hamburger buns.
