- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 taco-sized flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup pickles
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Form ground beef into four balls.
- Place each ball on the skillet and smash them down with a spatula.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes on one side, then flip and season with salt and pepper.
- Add cheese on top and cover until melted.
- Warm the tortillas in another skillet.
- Assemble tacos with burger patties, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, mayonnaise, and mustard.
- Serve immediately.
