A delicious twist on traditional quesadillas featuring juicy smashburger patties.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- Cooking oil
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Mix in taco seasoning, onions, and jalapeños.
- Place a tortilla in the skillet and add a portion of the beef mixture and cheese.
- Top with another tortilla and cook until golden, then flip and cook the other side.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
- Slice into wedges and serve with salsa.
Notes
- Use any cheese of your choice.
- Adjust spice level by adding more or fewer jalapeños.
- Serve with sour cream for dipping.
