Ingredients

  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • Cooking oil

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Mix in taco seasoning, onions, and jalapeños.
  4. Place a tortilla in the skillet and add a portion of the beef mixture and cheese.
  5. Top with another tortilla and cook until golden, then flip and cook the other side.
  6. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
  7. Slice into wedges and serve with salsa.
