Description
A fresh and easy appetizer featuring smoked salmon on cucumber slices.
Ingredients

- 1 large cucumber
- 8 ounces smoked salmon
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Slice the cucumber into 1/2 inch thick rounds.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture on each cucumber slice.
- Top with a piece of smoked salmon.
- Garnish with additional dill if desired.
- Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
Notes
- For a lighter option, use Greek yogurt instead of cream cheese.
