Ingredients

- 2 slices whole grain bread
- 3 oz smoked turkey breast
- 1 slice cheddar cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
- In a skillet, cook the egg to your liking.
- Spread mayonnaise on one slice of toasted bread.
- Add smoked turkey and cheddar cheese on top of the mayonnaise.
- Place the cooked egg on top of the cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Top with the second slice of bread.
- Slice the sandwich in half and serve.
