Description

Ingredients

			- 4 chicken breasts
 - 2 cups fresh spinach
 - 1 cup beef strips
 - 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
 - 1 cup heavy cream
 - 1 cup chicken broth
 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
 - Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
 - Brown chicken in the skillet for 5-7 minutes on each side.
 - Remove chicken and set aside.
 - Add beef strips and mushrooms to the skillet, cooking until browned.
 - Add spinach and cook until wilted.
 - Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring well.
 - Return chicken to the skillet, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
 - Serve hot, smothered in the creamy sauce.
