Ingredients

- 200g soba noodles
- 3 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cook soba noodles according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix toasted sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and grated ginger.
- Drain noodles and rinse under cold water.
- Toss noodles with the sauce until well coated.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- For extra flavor, add crushed garlic to the sauce.
