Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook soba noodles according to package instructions.
  2. In a bowl, mix toasted sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and grated ginger.
  3. Drain noodles and rinse under cold water.
  4. Toss noodles with the sauce until well coated.
  5. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
  6. Serve immediately.
