- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with chopped onion and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a large bowl, mix cooked beef, sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, and noodles.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
Notes
- Feel free to add vegetables like peas or corn.
- You can use any type of cheese you prefer.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
