- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 large eggs

- 1 cup vanilla wafers, crushed
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
- Add mashed bananas, eggs, and vanilla extract; mix well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in crushed vanilla wafers and walnuts if using.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
