- 1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the drained salmon, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, eggs, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm.
