- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup corn, drained
- 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 4 large tortillas
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, corn, black beans, tomatoes, and ranch dressing.
- Lay out tortillas on a flat surface.
- Evenly distribute the chicken mixture on each tortilla.
- Add lettuce and cheese on top of the chicken mixture.
- Roll each tortilla tightly.
- Cut wraps in half and serve.
Notes
- Feel free to add avocado or jalapeños for extra flavor.
- Store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
