Description

Creamy spaghetti dish with spinach and sun-dried tomatoes.


Ingredients

  • 200g spaghetti
  • 100g fresh spinach
  • 50g sun-dried tomatoes
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add sun-dried tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Stir in spinach and cook until wilted.
  6. Add heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  7. Toss in cooked spaghetti and combine thoroughly.
  8. Serve immediately.
