Ingredients

- 200g spaghetti
- 100g fresh spinach
- 50g sun-dried tomatoes
- 200ml heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add sun-dried tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.
- Stir in spinach and cook until wilted.
- Add heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Toss in cooked spaghetti and combine thoroughly.
- Serve immediately.

- Adjust cream for desired richness.
- Can add grated parmesan on top if desired.
