Ingredients

  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 boiled egg, halved
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil the chicken broth in a pot.
  2. Add soy sauce and sriracha sauce to the broth.
  3. Stir in the ginger and let it simmer.
  4. Add the ramen noodles to the broth and cook according to package instructions.
  5. In the last minute of cooking, add the shredded chicken and spinach.
  6. Serve hot, topped with a boiled egg and green onions.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
