Ingredients

- 2 packets of ramen noodles
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 boiled egg, halved
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Boil the chicken broth in a pot.
- Add soy sauce and sriracha sauce to the broth.
- Stir in the ginger and let it simmer.
- Add the ramen noodles to the broth and cook according to package instructions.
- In the last minute of cooking, add the shredded chicken and spinach.
- Serve hot, topped with a boiled egg and green onions.
- Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by increasing or decreasing sriracha.
- Use any leftover chicken or rotisserie chicken for quick preparation.
- Add other vegetables like mushrooms or bok choy for more flavor.
