Instructions

  1. Cook the pappardelle according to package instructions.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Pour in heavy cream, stir and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper, mix well.
  6. Toss in cooked pasta, coating it evenly with the sauce.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
